GENERAL INFORMATION
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
To submit an abstract, please read and carefully follow the instructions below and complete all the record fields requested:
- First of all, create an account to pre-register and get a username and password, as you will need it to submit any abstract. You will receive an e-mail to confirm the pre-registration.
- Abstract generation: Use and follow the instructions included in the template file for formatting of text sizes and fonts.
- The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the EHEC2026 Scientific Committee, and the acceptance will be notified via email on November 15th, 2025.
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the Proceedings Book of the conference.
- English is the official language of the Conference. Abstracts, Posters and Oral communications should be delivered in English.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Abstract Submission Opens: April 15th, 2025
- Abstract Submission Closed: September 1st, 2025
- Abstract evaluation results notified to authors: November 15th, 2025
- Accepted Abstract registration and payment period: November 15th - December 5th, 2025
- EHEC 2026: March 11th – 13th, 2026

* To be eligible for the student rate, documentation certifying the current status as a student must be provided. This rate is implemented to promote students’ attendance to EHEC2026 so they can benefit from the latest breakthroughs in the sector and high-quality scientific knowledge exchanged in the Conference, however, please note that the student rate does not include the right to give oral/poster presentations. If a student is selected to make an oral or poster presentation they should complete the registration with the standard rate.
